Minimalist Meets Luxury Spaces

Main Room & Suites

The venue mostly consists of a large main space for your reception with vaulted ceilings & hand-crafted bars. Up a small set of stairs to the mezzanine level with a small suite and a large glass lounge area that overlooks the main space.

Courtyard

This outdoor ivy covered courtyard space hidden between the main room and stairs to the roof is small but effective - extend the cocktail hour space, take family photos, put up a photobooth or just get some fresh air without leaving the reception.

Rooftop Terrace

Exchange your vows in front of gorgeous skyline views on the wooden rooftop terrace. After the ceremony is over, the rooftop has a bar to flow seamlessly into cocktail hour while you bop around the streets of Williamsburg taking epic photos.

Alcohol

Dobbin St will create, organize, staff and set up the bar at your event, providing a head of bar and bar staff who can also help you create a personalized package which can be tailored to your needs. Every package includes bar glassware, bar staff, gratuity, bar fruit, mixers, soft drinks, still water, sparkling water, liqueurs and ice.

Bar packages are also sustainable! Which means 100% cotton linens, no use of plastic, straws eliminated unless needed & requested, organic & in season garnishes and fruits (local when possible), and waste will be recycled and composted.​

Rental Fees

Depending on the date and time, rental fees for exclusive use of the entire space ranges from $4,400–10,600.  

Wedding Planning Packages

2-Month Coordination Package: $2,750

Dobbin St will assist in transforming the space and finalizing all of the remaining details in the two months prior to the wedding date, and will be there the day-of to handle all of the logistics for a seamless wedding day experience.

​Premium Package: $6,0000

Dobbin St. will assist in the entire wedding planning process. Tell them your vision and they will connect you with vendors based on your style and budget.

​In order to secure services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of contract signing. The final payment will be invoiced 45 days in advance of the event date with the balance due 30 days prior to the event date.
