Romantic Boho Lakeside Wedding // Maggie + Chris // Lake Winnipesaukee
When I heard Maggie’s reaction to Chris’s proposal was, "What are you doing?", I knew right away they were going to have a super fun wedding! On a gorgeous fall day for a New England wedding, Maggie & Chris were getting married at a family home on Lake Winnipesaukee and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. What I loved to find out when I first arrived is that they were actually getting ready in the two adjacent houses and having the ceremony right in the yard between them! The ceremony was short and sweet with a string quartet to set the mood. After sneaking off for some portraits, we headed across the road to the most epic garage I’ve ever seen turned into an elegant, romantic, intimate reception space. Angela turned this space into a luxury venue for the night and I will be begging them all to let me get married here when the time comes. After dinner, toasts and their first dance, it was time to party! Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Matheson!
