Laid Back Intimate Wedding // Two Lights State Park // Kasey + Tim // Portland, ME

Last September I drove up to Portland, Maine for Kasey and Tim’s intimate wedding at Two Light State Park. Kasey told me that when her and Tim first started dating he took her here and she knew that if they were to ever get married it would be at this park — and here we were! As the day approached, a hurricane was making its way up the east coast and while planning for the worst, we got a day of storm clouds, sunshine, and crazy waves. Kasey was escorted in by both her parents and after a few short readings, vows, and tears, they were married surrounded by 15 of their closest family and friends.

Two Lights State park is a perfect spot for a Maine elopement or intimate wedding or at least some east coast wedding photos. There are tons of spots to tuck yourself away and stretches of coastline. After the ceremony, we all headed to North 43 Bistro in Portland for their restaurant wedding reception.
