FAQs

What happens after I reach out to you?

I’ll review your contact form, check my availability for your desired wedding date, and respond ready to (virtually) chat with you about what you’re looking for in a wedding photographer!

How much can I expect to invest in wedding photography?

That depends on where your wedding is, how much coverage you want, and how big of an event it is. Fill out my contact form and we can chat about the specifics! (Or head over to my Investment page to view the starting rates of my packages!)

You said you’re Brooklyn-based, but I’m in the Hamptons. Where do you really serve?

Brooklyn’s where it’s at—but that doesn’t mean I’m not down to travel. I’m based in New York, but I’m happy to travel to the Hamptons & Montauk, Northern NJ, the Jersey Shore, the Hudson Valley, or wherever your love takes you.

I’m still confused — what is a Reveal Session and do I actually need to do one?

Here’s the gist - seeing your photos for the first time should be F*cking EXCITING!! So I don't want to just send you a link while you're waiting on line at the grocery store or stressed out at work or wherever. Instead, we're going to schedule a reveal session. This is typically scheduled 8-9 weeks out from your wedding. Either in person at your place, a fun mutual setting, or virtual over zoom (don't worry, I'll make sure I get the drinks and snacks to you beforehand), we'll schmooze it up and you can view the story of your day through your images for the first time. You'll laugh, you might cry. If you cry, I know I'll have done my job well, but no pressure haha.

Wait. What’s considered an elopement?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

How many photos will we get?

Vague answer - all the good ones! Typically you’ll receive about 100 photos per hour of coverage but every wedding is different of course. My promise is to deliver ALL the good photos of big and small moments, the artsy ones, the less than perfect ones - everything needed to tell your story.
